The Action of Dynamis Strain Aging in High Temperature Circulating Creep

摘要 研究了Al-5.23%Mg合金在不同温度和不同应力条件下,动态应变时效在循环蠕变中作用,在高温循环蠕变时,应力指数与激活能存在两个不同阶段,其位错也不相同,低应力阶段,位错主要以平面滑移为主,不形成亚结构,而高应力阶段存在胞结构和亚晶。最后通过透射电镜观察对试验结果进行了分析和讨论。 The paper studies the action of dynamic strain aging in circulating creep under different temperature and different stress.on Al-5.23 % Mg alloy.During circulating creep in high tempr-ature,there are two different periods of stress index and active energy,and there is alsodifference of their dislocation structure.In the period with lower stress,dislocation which mainly is plane sliding doesn't form minor structure But there are cellular structure and minor crystal in the period with high stress,In the end,through penetrating observation of electron microscope the results of tests are discussed and analysed.
