沼气冰箱的研制

THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ABSORPTION REFRIGERATOR POWERED BY BIOGAS

本文报道了沼气冰箱的研制结果,着重介绍了沼气冰箱的制冷机芯和燃烧控制系统。制冷机采用吸收扩散式制冷循环,对主要参数的选择和结构设计特点做了说明。对燃烧控制系统的工作原理、动作过程及各零件的结构也做了介绍。试验表明,研制的冰箱是安全可靠的,制冷性能良好,达到了国家轻工部规定的三星级标准。

This paper described the absorption cooling and combustion control system of an absorption refrigerator powered by biogas and reported its R & D results. For cooling system, the absorption-diffusion cycle is adopted and its structural design and working parameters are also introduced. The test result indicated that this absorption refrigerator can work reliably and in good performance, its refrigeration has reached'3 stars' level.
