本文介绍了大面积a-Si:H太阳电池的结构、制造工艺和我们目前取得的进展。整个电池由29个子电池内部串联而成,面积为2790cm^2。最好的太阳电池,有效面积转换效率为7.9%,总面积转换效率为6.4%。讨论了并联电阻和填充因子的关系,在结构、材料和工艺确定的情况下,并联电阻是影响填充因子和效率的主要因素。
This article describes the structure of large area a-Si:H solar cells, manufacturing process and the progress achieved. The solar cell module consists of 29 subcells in a series connection, with a total area of 2790 cm2. The best subcell has a maximum efficiency, of 7.9% and the average efficiency of total area is 6.4%. The relationship between parallel resistance and fill factor are also discussed. Once the structure, materials and process are determined the parallel resistance will be the major factor affecting the fill factor and efficiency.
