确立了酚二磺酸比色法测定水中硝酸盐氮的条件：波长４１０ｎｍ：常温，接触时间６～１０分钟及适宜的ｐＨ．
The conditions of determining the nitrogen as nitrate by ph-enol disulfonic acid photometric method were established wavelength 410nm,normal vaction time 6-10min and suitable pH.
