PTMG Was rcactcd with an excess of 2.4-TDI forming an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer and cast polyurethane rubber was sy-nthesized by using MOCA as chain extender.Themost suitable time of pre-polymerization was determined; The best process condition was selected,And the effect of NCO% on the hardness and tensile strength of PUR was studied.
