摘要
提出一种高效液相色谱法，能有效分离和定量检测双酚Ａ中的三项杂质含量，本方法采用Ｃ＿（１８）反相柱和由甲醇：水为６５：３５组成的淋洗液用ＵＶ检测器在２８０ｎｍ处检测双酚Ａ中的２，４－双酚Ａ，三酚和色满三项杂质。
Three kinds of impurities in bisphenol A were separated suffi-ciently and determined quantitatively by high performanco Liquid chromato-graphy.This assay which used a reversed-phase C_(18) column and a mobile ph-ase comprising methanol/water 65:35 dotermined the contents of 2,4-bisphenolA,triphenol and chroman in bisphenol A at 280nm on a UV detector.
