摘要
阐述了全氟有机化合物的化学稳定性和优异的热物理性能；介绍了６种氟化方法，其中液相氟化、电化学氟化、借助ＣｏＦ＿３的氟化都已有工业规模的装置；对杂质的处理作了相应的介绍．
Stable chemical properties and excellent thermal physical properties of perfiluoro organic compounds were described and discussed.Six kinds of manufacture methods of per-fiuoro organic compounds were introduced especially. Among the methods liquids phase fluoration,photochemical fluoration,electrochemiical fluoration and fluoration with CoF_3are carried out on technical scaie. The treatment of unpurities was described briefly.
