YG80钎尾寿命试验及破坏原因初探

摘要 YG80钎层是重型凿岩机极易损坏的重要另件.在四种材料(45Cr,42CrMo,30CrNi2MoVA,45CrNiWVA)及不同热处理方法制造的16根钎尾,进行矿山工业试验的基础上.对它们的使用寿命及失效形式进行分析,找出影响钎尾寿命的因素及其规律.试验中对各钎尾材料的渗碳层深度、淬火硬度、纯凿岩时间、总进尺深度、岩石硬度等数据作了详细的记录.为理论分析、应用和选择提供了可靠的原始数据.为今后选择针尾材料、确定合理结构、改进冷热加工工艺、提高钎尾寿命提供一定可靠的参考依据. YG80'S steel shank is an exceedingly easily-damaged and important part in heavy-duty rock drill. On the basis of mine industrial trial to four kinds of material (45Cr,42CrMo, 30CrNi2MoVA, 45CrNiWVA) and 16 heat-treated steel shanks, their operation life and failure form are analysed and the factors and regularities to affect the life of the steel shank. In the test, detailed records are made on the carburation coat depth and hardness of the shank material, drilling duration, total drilling depth and rock hardness, which provides some reliable data for the selection of shank material, the determination of structure, the promotion of processing technology and the prolongation of shank life.
