摘要
以纯合的玉米自交系和组配成的相应的杂交F0代植株为试材,研究杂交F0代母体植株叶片的叶绿素含量变化和过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱..结果表明,杂交F0代的叶绿素含量比自交系的明显提高;杂交株过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱与自交株截然不同,表现出酶带增加和活性加强等.这些现象的产生可能是父本基因和花粉物质作用的结果,新生的杂合基因型对母体植株产生的生理调节作用所致。
Using maize inbred lines and it's Fo plants of crosing, the chlorophyll changes and peroxidase isozyme patterns were studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll content is higher in Fo plant than in inbred bands and the peroxidase isoszyme pattems of Fo plants is different from those of their parents.In addition,the bndl of isozymes inFo plants were increased and with thigher ability. This phenomenon is probably due to the function of paternal genes and pocllen matter. New hybtrid zygote caused physiology to Fo female parent plants.
