柴油机燃用酒精／柴油双燃料的改装设计

Conversion of a L195 Diesel Engine to Use Ethanol/Diesel Blend Fuel

对Ｌ１９５型柴油机进行了燃用酒精／柴油双燃料的改装设计，通过台架试验和田间试验表明改装后的双燃料机易起动、运转平稳，功率高于燃用Ｏ＃柴油时的功率，节油率达２７．４％。因此，压燃机改装为双燃料机是可行的。

This paper introduces the conversion method of a L195 diesel engine to use ethanol/diesel blend fuel.The laboratory and field tests showed that the engine using blend oil(ethanol/diesel)can be started easily.In addition,its overall performance is stable, and the power when using blend oil is higher than that of combusting pure diesel oil Besides,dicsel oil saving rate reaches 27.4%. As a rusult,it can be concluded that it is practicable to convert a compression engine to blend oil using one.
