A New Method of Using Microcomputer to Solve the Technological Dimentional Chain and to Draw Chart

本文介绍了应用微机解机械加工工艺尺寸链并绘制图表的方法。此法是根据工序尺寸图表解法的原理,应用微机建立简单数据库,采用人机对话的方式进行计算和校核工艺尺寸链,最后将结果以图表的形式输出。它具有迅速简便、直观形象、便于检出有用数据及研究尺寸链规律等特点。文中还结合实例说明了绘制工艺过程图表的全过程。

In this paper,the authors propose a method to draw a technological Dimention chain chart with a microcomputer.On the basis of analysing the rules of the technological Dimentional chain's method,the authors build a date-base,Calculating and rectifying all technological Dimentio- nal chains in a man-machine interaction way.The results are exported in the pattern of charts which are imaginal and directly perceived through the senses.With this method,useful data are convenient to be picked out and the rules are easy to be sludied.The whole process of drawing charts with a microcomputer is demonstrated and followed by several practical examples.
