摘要
本文讨论了茶叶中天然有效抗氧成份提取的方法,并对提出物的抗氧化性能进行了测定。结果表明,该法提取率高于国外文献试验水平。提出物的抗氧化性能优于通用抗氧剂 BHT(2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚),可望成为油脂及有关食品的抗氧化剂。
In this paper,the extractive method of effective antioxidant compone- nts from tea and oxidation resistance of the extractions are studied.The experiments show that the rate of extraction is excellent and general ant- ioxidant BHT is preceded by oxidation resistance of the extractions.It is possible that the extractions will be used for the preservation of foods, oil and fats.
