摘要
本文合成了 AlPO_4-20及含硼,硅杂原子的分子筛,即 BAPO-20和SAPO-20,给出了适宜的相图范围,并对合成条件进行了讨论。用 X 射线粉末衍射方法测定了这些分子筛晶胞参数的差别。并用电子探针方法证实了杂原子的存在,同时发现了杂原于引起的红外光谱特征,用这些结果证实了硼及硅杂原子已经进入了 AlPO_4-20分子筛骨架结构。
In this paper AlPO_4-20 and B-substituted,Si-substituted analogues of AlPO_4-20 are synthesized,a suitable phase diagram is shown and hydroth -ermal synthesis conditions are discussed.The differences in the cubic li -ttice parameter between AlPO_4-20 and hetero-atom-substituted AlPO_4-20 are found,The cubic lattice parameter of AlPO_4-20(a=0.8940nm)is slight -ly smaller than that of Si-substituted analogues(a=0.8976nm)and is la -rger than that of B-substituted analogue(a=0.8932nm)hetero-atoms are substituted for Al and P frame-work element of AlPO_4-20 molecular sieve.
