Abstract After fouty years' socialist construction, great changes have taken place in China, so we should have a new, dynamic and overall understanding about China's conditions. Any country's development is closely connected with the world environments in the tendency of unity of the world economy. China must absorb all civilizations of mankind and experiences in development and go forward in a way which is suitable for China's Condition's and good to the whole world.
