摘要
由不同浓度的植物血凝素(PHA)、羧甲基茯苓多糖(CMP)、葡萄糖酸钙组成的复合诱生剂刺激人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)产生的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)比单独用PHA刺激产生的IL-2活性高.诱生时间采用24h预温,然后37℃、5%CO_2旋转培养36～48h,可使产生的IL-2效价比单用PHA刺激48h提高15倍左右.这种复合诱生剂诱生的IL-2经临床使用,证实安全、有效.临床未发生明显副作用.37例恶性肿瘤IL-2治疗组总缓解率86.5%.比非IL-2治疗37例恶性肿瘤组总缓解率62.2%差异显著.
Human interleukin-2 (IL-2) liter was 15 times higher in mononucler cells of peripheral blood (PBMC) cultures after stimulation with compound inductionn that consists of carboxymethyl pachymaran (CMP), phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and calcium gluconate as compared with that stimulation with PHA. Clinical research results indicated that IL-2 was safed and effect. The overall response rate that 37 patients malignant tumor group with IL-2 treated was higher than 37 patients malignant tumor group with IL-2 not treated. There was a significant difference.
