以硝板和黑灰为原料研制沉淀硫酸钡

Study of Preparing Precipitate BaSO_4 from Mirabilite Plate and Black Ash

本项研究是以山西运城盐湖晒盐遗留的“硝板”和用煤粉还原重晶石所得的“黑灰”为原料,制取沉淀硫酸钡,找出了适宜的工艺条件。产品达到医用标准、并同时达到一级工业品(GB2899—82)标谁。

In this work,precipitate BaSO_4 is prepared from“mirabilite plate”and “black ash”.The“mirabilite plate”which Contains 75—80 percent Na_2SO_4· MgSO_4·4H_2O is got from the salt lake of yong Cheng,Shanxi province.The “black ash”is obtained from the reduction of barite by coal powder.The suitable technological conditions are found.The products prepared come up to medical standards and the first degree industrial product (GB2899—82) standards.
