用Gore-Tex PTFE人造血管建立血管通路

Vascular access of Gore-Tex PTFE grafts for the problem patients

摘要 1992年以来,我们对自身血管条件差、无法建立自体动静脉内瘘的3例尿毒症患者,选用Gore-TexPTFE人造血管行前臂半袢型吻合搭桥建立动静脉内瘘,术后20~30天使用,血流量250~300ml/min,可满足常规及高效透析需要。PTFE人造血行价格昂贵,国内应用较少。本组早期使用效果很好,远期效果尚待进一步观察。 he Gore-Tex Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)grafts in the type of Brachial loop were implantated subcutaneously in 3 hemodialysis patients with failing to obtain Cimino-Brescia fistula. The blood flow of PTFE grtaft vascular access is more than 300 ml/min after 20~30 implantation days. The complication of plasma permeated occured in all of cases.1 case had thrombosis right after implantation. It was concluded that wrE graft vascular access be available for the problem hemodialysis patients with vascular access.
