摘要
本文用边界元法计算了直线电机副边中的饱和涡流场。通过变量的变换将带有运动电势项的涡流方程转抉为亥姆霍兹方程,并很好地解决了变换后运动媒质与静止媒质矩阵间的连接问题。提出了将媒质中由饱和引起的体电流密度化为等效面电流密度的计算方法。一台直线电机的计算结果同试制样机试验的结果相比基本吻合,证明文中提出的等效概念、数学模型和处理方法以及推导的一系列边界元计算公式是正确的。
In this paper, the secondary saturation eddy current of linear inducti- on motor is calculatcd with boundary element method.The diffusion equa- tion with moving electric potential is turned into Hclmholtzts cquationby varying variables and the problem of the link between moving medium matrix and static medium matrix is well solved. Besides the authors advance a new calculation method that volume current density caused by saturation, medium is turned into equivalent surface current density. For a linear induction motor model, a calculation problem about nolincar ~ magnetic field is well solved. The calculation results by thi~ m5'thod arc the same as testing results basically. Therefore, it proved the righ- tness of the equivalent conception we advanced in this paper,mathematical model, handling methods and a series of calculation equations asccrtaia.ed about boundary element method.
