摘要
本文从超声波塑料焊工艺特点和换能器特性出发，对发生器应具备的功能、技术关键进行了分析和研究。根据实际研究中出现的问题，设计了较为完善的频率自动跟踪电路，并对焊机的功率自动调节、电路匹配等技术关键进行了实验研究和探讨分析。
The essential function and key techniques for design of generator in ultrasonic plastic welder are studied according to the technology of ultrasonic plastic welding and the transducers properties,Fine frequency automatic track circuit is designed and key techniques such as automatic adjustment of power,match circuit are experimently studied.
