摘要
本文介绍了一种新研制开发的压力流量复合控制变量油泵.该泵的控制部分采用了液压工学博士路甬祥教授发明的电液比例控制技术.其中流量控制部分采用了“流量——位移——力”反馈原理,压力控制部分采用了“压力间接检测”及先导阀与二级阀间的“级间动压反馈”原理.因而提高了油泵稳流精度,优化了稳态和动态控制特性,同时具有显著的节能效果.

iple of flow-dlsplacemen t-pressure feedback is adopted, in the part of pressure control, a principles: pressure indirect survey and the
motive power feeback between pilot valve and the two level valve are used. Therefor the quiet and dynamic control characterstic is
raised, in the mean time, the power also is saved.
