Optimization of the Grinding Parameters

本文运用最优化方法,对磨削加工系统建立数学模型,在电子计算机上进行解析运算,以期得到一个使金属切除率最高.且满足一定约束条件的最优磨削用量。

In this paper, a mathematical model of the grinding system is esta-blised to obtain the optimum grinding parameters, which gives out the highest metal-removal rate under some restrictive conditions through analysis operation in comouter according to the optimization method. A scientific method is put fowanl to theoretically analyse and solve problems of rationally selecting the grinding parameters.
