摘要
本文着重介绍基体钢的概念,基体钢65Gr_4W_2Mo_2VNb的合金化原理以及有关的热处理资料.同时汇集整理了该钢在山西、上海、南京各地自行车、汽车、手表、标准件等行业冷作模具上的应用成果.65Gr_4W_3Mo_2VNb具有适当的含碳量,合金元素的含量,使其在正常的淬火温度下,绝大部分的合金碳化物溶入基体,剩余未溶碳化物极少,并且晶粒细小,韧性得到显著提高,有效地解决W_(18)G_4V等材料所制作的冷作模具韧性和耐磨性不匹配问题,大幅度提高了模具的使用寿命.它的推广和使用具有较高的经济效益.
This paper mainly introduces the base steel 65Cr4W3M02VNb,i ts alloying principle and heat treatment technique. The paper has collected, around the regien of Shanxi province and Shanghai, the results of the base steel used for cool forging and stamping tools which are adopted in manufacturing the parts of bicycles, automobiles, watches and standard elements etc.Base steel 65Cr4W3M02 VNb Contents reasonable carbon and other alloying elements. In the case of normal hardening temperature almost all of the alloy carbide solves into the base ele-ment, fine grains can be obtained and therefore the ductility of the base steel enhances significantly.Comparing with other materials such as W18Cr4V etc, base steel efficiently avoids the unmatchable problem be tween ductility and . an tiwearing therefore increases highly the tool life.The application of the base steel has a great benefit.
