摘要 为了深入探讨WRS轧机的板形控制能力,采用正交设计的方法在WRS模拟机上进行了弯辊力与工作辊移动量对板凸度与边部减薄控制效果的双因素实验.试验结果表明,弯辊力是板形控制的显著因素,随着工作辊的移动其控制效果明显增强,因此WRS轧机比四辊轧机具有更强的板形控制能力. Quadrature-design method is used in this experiment to further study the ability of controling plate shape in the WRS mill .Expelime nts about the effect of two factors-bending roll force and work roll shifting amount-on the plate crown and edge drop have been done in model WRS mill, It shows that the bending roll force is the noteworthy factor in controling plate shape and controling effect is stronger as the work roll is shifted.Therefore the WRS mill is much better than Four-high mill in controling plate shape.
