环境保护和生态建设是社会主义市场经济理论研究的重要领域，但是却被忽略了，这是由于传统的市场经济本身所有的缺陷决定了的。现代经济社会发生了深刻的变革，现代市场经济与生态经济之间正在形成一种新的发展关系，引入市场机制有利于环境保护和生态建设。发达国家为我们提供了某些有益的借鉴。我国社会主义市场经济的社会主义性质，奠定了它与生态经济兼容的客观基础。生态环境与经济社会协调发展为我国社会主义市场经济的正确发展及新体制的建立，指明了方向。

Abstract Both environment protection and ecology construction are important ranges of thetheory study of socialist market economy，which is ignored, because of the defect of tradition－al market economy。 Radical social change has taken place in modern economy society．And anew developing relationship is being fom1ed between modern market economy andeco一economy，that means，on the one hand，market economy system is beneficial to environment protection and ecology construction，（about these， we can refer to some good experi-ences from the developed country）on the other hand, the characters of socialist market eco一nomy lay the objective foundation that eco一economy is included in socialist market economy。The coordinated growth between eco一environment and economy society points out the direc－tion for the correct development of socialist market economv of our country and the estab－ lishment of a new systems。Kev words soci311st market economy Environment protection Eco1ogy construction
