Equilibrium across generations is a main point in sustainable development，and its fo-cus should be intergenerational wealth transfers and the discountrate. This paper discusses a sim-ple overlapping generation model in which wealth transfers between generations．The model takesthefamiliar Cobb-Douglas forms．The sensitive factors of the model are interest rates， Wages andnatural resources price，which are determined by the distribution of income across generations.The discount rate varies from period to period and it equals the rate of interest during the same pe-riod.
