摘要 简单综述了近年来对呼吸链酶系的研究。介绍了筛选的泛醌反应抑制剂的性质及其在醌催化机制研究中的应用,以及酶与酶之间和脂与酶之间的相互关系,及其在电子传递功能中的作用。 he studies in this lab on the enzyme systemof respiratory chain were reviewed briefly.Two inhibitors which affect simultaneously onthree Q-related enzymes of complex Ⅰ . Ⅱ andN were synthesized. They could be an usefultools in the studies of ubiquinone reactions inrespiratory chain. The direct interaction be-tween TTFA inhibitive site of QH -QH_2 ofcomplex Ⅱ and cytochrome b ̄562 of complex Ⅲwas found。 This kind of interactions may playsome roles in modulating the electron transferfrom complex Ⅱ to complex Ⅲ. The maxi-mum reconstitutive activity of lipid-deplitedsuccinate-cytochrome c reductase with mixedphospholipids PC : CL : PE= 2 : 2 : 1 wereobtained, this means not only the lipid but alsothier composition were important for regulat-ing the enzyme activiy of respiratory chain.
