ＴＧＦβ是一类多功能的细胞增殖调控因子，具有广泛的临床应用前景，天然情况下分泌及重组表达出来的ＴＧＦβ都以无活性的潜活复合物的形式存在，ＴＧＦβ潜活复合物的活化是控制ＴＧＦβ生物功能的重要方式，文章旨在对天然、重组形式的ＴＧＦβ潜活复合物的分子结构及其生理条件下可能的活化机理作一综述。

Activationof latent TGF-β complex is an important path-way of modulating the biological function ofTGF-β. This review concerns on the molecularstructure of both natural and recombinant la-tent TGF-β complexes, and their possible acti-vation mechanisms under physiological condi-tions.
