用固相pH梯度等电聚焦技术及免疫固定技术对201名北京地区无关汉族群体的人血清Gc蛋白亚型进行了分型鉴定及基因频率的调查.Gc ̄(lF)为0.3698.Gc ̄(ls)为0.2812.Gc ̄2为0.3490.观察值与期望值吻合良好(Σx ̄2=1.057,P>0.70)
