摘要
通过多巴胺受体的5个cDNA克隆,综述和分析了5个多巴胺受体(D_1R—D_5R)的基因结构,在染色体上的定位及其mRNA在中枢脑区的分布;比较了这5个受体cDNA克隆的结构特征和药理学性质。
Molecular cloning studies on five types ofdopaniine receptors were summarized- Thefive types of dopamine receptors are membersof faniily of the G proteincoupled receptors,and divided into two classes by pharmacologicand biochemical criteria (a) D_1R and D_5Rmediating the activation of adenylyl cyclasethrough G protein (G_s) and (b) D_2R, D_3R.D_4R. inhibiting the activation of adenylyl cy-clase through the G protein (G_i) . The genestructure. distribution of their mRNA in thebrain and location on chroniosomes betweenthe two classes of dopamine receptors werecompared.
