摘要
利用Ｔ７ＤＮＡ聚合酶在低温下仍具较高活性的特点，在热变性后低温下进行测序反应，使用该方法对多种ＰＣＲ产物进行序列分析均取得较好的结果．
A simple, rapid and reliable sequencingmethod for double stranded PCR products isdescribed. This method presented utilizing theunique property of T7 DNA polymerase whichremains active at low temperature to allow thesequencing reaction performed at low tempera-ture. Excellent sequencing results have beenobtained by this method for various PCRproducts .
