摘要
对6种豆科植物籽实进行了蜚蠊消化道α-淀粉酶抑制剂活性的测试。但只从褐色菜豆(Phaseolusvulgariusl)中检测出特异性抑制剂。该抑制剂在酸性条件下能有效地抑制蜚蠊α-淀粉酶的活性,最适抑制pH5.45,37℃时预温30分钟后能显示最大抑制活性,不预温时的抑制活性仅为最大抑制活性的25%;0℃时几乎不显示抑制活性,但在一定范围内,抑制活性随温度的升高而呈近似的线性增加;抑制剂浓度较低时,α-淀粉酶的抑制程度与抑制剂浓度的变化成正比。但超过约50%后,抑制程度只随抑制剂浓度的增加而缓慢上升并趋近于最大值。
varieties of leguminous seeds were examined for their inhibition to a-amylase from the disestive duct of Periplaneta americana, and it.was fond that only brown kidney beau (Phaseolus vulgarius L.)conteined the specific inhibitor to the α-amylase. The inhibitor inhibited the α-amylaSe sisnificantly,and its optimal inhibitdry pH was 5. 45. The inhibitor had hashest inhibitory activities after the preincubation at 37℃ for 30 min.The inhibitory activitics increased in proportion to the rise in temperature to a certain extent. With in lower inhibitory concentrations,the percent inhibition of α-amylase varied with the inhibitory concentrations in the direct ratio.Being beyond about 50. 0%, the percent inhibition increased showly as the inhibitory concentration rised and tended to a maximum value.
