摘要
利用双列杂交法进行配合力分析，Griffing（1956）给出了方法4亲本特殊配合力方差的估算公式．但对于其余三种双列杂交方法，则未见有专门论述这一内容的文献．本文对此作了详细推导，并分别给出了估算公式．
Formula for estimating specific combining ability variance of each parent (σsi2) for diallel cross method 4 was given by Griffing in 1956.But for the other three methods,there has been no literature that specially discussed the question.In this paper,formulae used to estimate σsi2 were presented for each of the three methods.The results are as follows:Method 1:Method 2:Method 3:
