摘要
糖尿病引起神经系统的病变,一般常用神经传导方法来检测。本文是用系统参数识别法,将13例正常人、和15例糖尿病高血压患者的正中神经及其支配的肌肉,作为一个系统来辨识,分别测得59和64人次的动作电位,用计算机进行运算、建立数学摸型、两组结果比较如下: 正常人ξ值是0.404,τ值是3.02ms,糖尿病高血压患者的ξ值是0.709,τ值是4.59ms,两组分别P值为:P<0.01,和P<0.02,有显著性差异。 从神经生理学和控制论的角度来分析,在人wn一定的条件下、ξ、τ值小、则表征该系统快速,灵敏。反之则迟钝。这与患者症状有相应的关系。从而提示:ξ、τ值为糖尿病引起神经肌肉系统病变、提供一新的指标。
The sickness of nervous system caused by diabetes is generally tested with a nerve transmit speed method. This study deals with another method -systematic number -distinguishing method. We used the median nerve and its innervating muscles as a system to recognize in 13 normal person. and 15 patients with diabetic hypertensinon. Data on 59 and 60 persons/times action potentials were recorded. By computing, a mathematical model was developed.In the normal personsm,ξvalue = 0. 404 and τ value 3. 02 ms; in the patiants, ξ value = 0. 709 and τ value 4. 59 ms. Significant differences were noted between these two groups p<0. 01 and p<0. 02.Analytically, in the perspective of the physiology of nerve and its control under certain ωn conditions, the smaller the ξ and τ values are, the faster and more active the said system is ,and the opposite holds true when the system is slow. Therefore, the use of ξ and τ values offers a new indication.
