摘要
本文研究建立了肺功能测试的新参数:用力呼气时的最大呼气流量加速度(MEFA)和平均呼气流量正加速度(AEFA),以及最大呼气流量(PEFR)出现的时刻T_(PEFR)和MEFA出现的时刻T_(MEFA)来评价受试者的肺功能。实验结果表明,MEFA和AEFA能比PEFR更好地表现受试者呼气用力情况,T_(PEFR)能反映用力的持续时间长短。
The new parameters proposed in this paper for pulmonary function testing are the maximum acceleration of expiratory flow (MEFA),the average acceleration of expiratory flow(AEFA), the time when MEFA appears (TMEFA), and the time when the maximum expiratory flow (TPEFR) appears. They were used to evaluate the pulmonary function of ten normal subjects. The results show that MEFA and AEFA can rep-resent the expiratory force of subjects better than PEFR. Also, TPEFR can represent the time when the force lasts.
