摘要
本文观察免疫隔离膜包裹纯化初生猪胰岛在体外培养时的胰岛素分泌情况。在第二个48小时体外培养后,胰岛素分泌量为361.01±127.3微单位/毫升,显著高于未包膜组177.54±33.89(P<0.01),故说明包膜纯化初生猪胰岛在体外培养一阶段适应后,其分泌胰岛素量比未包膜者为高。研究表明微囊制备过程及包膜材料对纯化初生猪胰岛的活力及胰岛素分泌功能无影响。
The secretion of the insulin of the microencapsulated purified neonatal porcine islets during culture was studied. After the second 48 -hour incubation, the insulin content of the culture media was 361 ±127. 3μU/ml, which was higher than the uncapsulated group's 177. 54±3. 89μU/ml (P<0. 01). This demonstrates that there is no influence on the viability and insulin secretion of the purified neonatal porcine islets during microencapsulation and the relevant biomaterials used have a good biocompatibility.
