摘要
本文用激光衍射法研究了超声对悬浮在PVP介质中的红细胞变形性的影响,并对超声作用于红细胞所引起的生物效应进行了探讨。 悬浮液中的红细胞受到超声辐射其变形性下降。实验中发现在相同的辐射时间内,超声强度越大,对红细胞变形性影响越大,在相同的强度下,辐射时间越长,红细胞变形性变化也越大。超过一定的辐射时间和强度,超声辐射会使悬浮介质中的红细胞产生溶血。我们认为上述实验结果主要是超声对红细胞的非热效应所致。
Radiating RBC in 15% PVP through ultrasound at different radiant times and intensifies,we have discovered that if the intensity of the ultrasound is stronger in the same radiant time ,the RBC deformation index is lower than the control,and if the radiant time is longer at the same intensity of the ultrasound, the RBC deformation index is also lower. The variation of the RBC deformation may be due to the non-heating effect of the ultrasound. Another non-heating effect has been noted,i, e. the RBC break down while the ultrasound radiates the suspending medium above certain intensity and radiant time.
