太极通天液对大鼠肠系膜微循环作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Effects of Taiji Liquor on Mesenteric Microcirculation in Rats

本实验观察了太极通天液对肾上腺素诱导的大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的作用。实验结果发现:太极通天液对肾上腺素引起的微动脉收缩、血流停止有一定的改善作用,可推迟血流停止时间,使血管收缩程度减轻,且可促进管径的恢复。

Taiji Liquor is a new traditional Chinese compound medicine. The effect of Taiji Liquor in preventing and treating cerebral ischemia and anoxia has been confirmed in our Lab : Taiji Liquor can decrease systolic and diastolic blood pressure,arterial mean pressure,cerebral vascular resistance ,and increase cerebral blood flow. Taiji Liquor can also reduce HCT ,blood apparent viscosity and G under different shear rates. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of Taiji Liquor on mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance induced by adrenaline by means of observations through a video image system on the calibre and blood flow changes of microvessels in rats . The results show that Taiji Liquor can significantly improve the arteri-ole contracting and blood flow ceasing induced by adrenaline:delaying the time of blood flow ceasing ,and reducing the degree of vessel contracting. These suggest that Taiji Liquor has beneficial effects on microcirculatory disturbance.
