摘要
本文分别应用标准12导联系统、Frank正交导联系统和改良Frank正交导联系统记录健康人36例、陈旧性心肌梗塞42例的心室碎裂电位(VFP),通过分析这些导联系统中相互垂直或近似垂直的导联上VFP的形态、数量关系,发现用改良Frank正交导联系统记录VFP较其它导联系统更科学、合理,且操作方便。
The body surface ventricular fractionated potentials of 36 normal subjects, 42 healed myocar-dial infarct patients were recorded with the standard 12 lead, Frank perpendicular lead and reformed Frank perpendicular lead systems separately, ventricular fractionated potentia (VFP) By analysing the forms and the numral relations of perpendicular or approximately perpendiculer in the leads, we found that the reformed Frank perpendicular lead system is more scientific, practical and simple than other lead systems for recording VFP.
