本文介绍了24小时动态心电(ECG)分析软件系统,着重介绍了分析软件中的QRS复波检测算法与用户界面中各模块所具有的功能。显示了实际数据的分析结果。
long-term ambulatory electrocardiogram(ECG) analysis system has been widely used for detecting arrhythmias, evaluating patients at the risk of sudden cardiac death, monitoring patients after my-ocardial infarction, documenting the effectiveness of anti-arrhythmic drug therapy, and assessing the function of implante cardiac pacemakers. It usually records about 100,000 heartbeats in each of two channels in 24h. The high volume of data and the need for timely results create the requirement for automated analysis of con-tinuous ECG signals. We have developed a 24h dynamic ECG analysis system which contains an ECG analysis algorithm and a user's interface. The analysis algorithm functions as detecting QRS complex by means of adaptive 5 points deviation technique and then classifying the heart beat by heart rate, R-R interval and QRS width. The results are evaluated with MIT database, and the result comes out good with a QRS detection rate of about 95%. The ECG waves as well as the analysis consequences can be reviewed in the user's interface. The interface's menu structure, mouse or keyboard controlling, Chinese display system and the prompt edition functions make it a practical and potential system. The analysis and diagnosis results are printed through HP laserII. Application of this software system reveals that our developments have obtained good results.
