MLCu375SL宫内节育器的临床应用──（1076例两年资料分析）

本文报道１９８５年１０月２６日至１９８９年８月３１日放置ＭＬＣｕ３７５ＳＬＩＵＤ１０７６例使用两年的效果。随访率９９．１０％，共使用２４６２０个妇女月，终止９４例，其中妊娠２４例，脱落２４例，因疼痛和出血取出３５例，因个人原因取出５例，其它医疗原因取出６例。在使用６、１２、２４月时每百妇女净累积续用率分别为９７．１２、９５．３５和９１．２６。主要副反应为经量增多、经期延长、点滴出血和白带增多。结果表明ＨＬＣｕ３７５ＳＬ续用率高，脱落率、妊娠率均低，放置技术简单，易于掌握便于推广。

This paper reports about eontraceptive effectiveness of MLCu375SL IUD. From October 26, 1985, to Angust 31, 1989, a total of 1076 eases had been recruited. The follow-up rate at the end of 24 months was 99. 10%, Women months of use were 24620.Ninty four cases stopped to use, among them: 24 pregnanciesand 24 expulsions. Thirty five eases removed IUD for bleeding or pain, 5 for personal reasons and 6 for other medical reasons. The cumulative continuation rates per 100 women in the 6, 12, 24months were 97. 12%, 93. 35% and 91. 26% respectively.The main side effects were menorrhagia, prolonged menstrual bleeding, spotting and increased leucorrhea. It showed that the continuation rate was high, while theexpulsion and pregnancy rates were low. The technique of insertion is simple andeasy enough for wide use.
