兔子宫内膜内皮素的研究 被引量:3

Study of Endothelin in Rabbit Uterine Endometrium

摘要 取发情和未发情成年雌兔以及早孕兔子宫内膜,分别进行内皮素(ET-)免疫组化定位和内膜组织中内皮素的提取和放射免疫(RIA)测定。结果显示:未发情兔子宫内膜内皮素含量较低,免疫组化定位呈阳性反应,记分0.7,RIA测定其含量为128.0±66.1pg/g组织。发情兔内膜ET免疫反应阳性,记分1.1,RIA测定其含量为189.6±124.1pg/g组织。早孕兔内膜内皮素含量明显升高,免疫阳性反应增强。孕3天(d3)免疫阳性反应,基质强于腺体,基质为1.8,腺体为0.5。RIA测其含量为340.2±41.pg/g组织。孕6天(d6)免疫反应基质为1.2,腺体为2.8,RIA测定其含量为466.4±30.5pg/g组织。孕9天(d9),免疫反应基质为2.4,腺体为2.8,RIA测定其含量为526.0±49.8pg/g组织。孕12天(d12)免疫反应为基质2.8,腺体3.0,RIA测其含量为690.9±49.5pg/g组织。结果表明孕兔子宫内膜生成内皮素明显高于非孕兔,随孕期而渐升高。发情兔与不发情兔相比较,其内皮素含量略高,但统计学无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 Theproduction of ET in endometrium was examined by immunohistochemical loealization,extraction and RIA determination in experimental rabbits with oestrus, non-oestrus and in pregnancy. The amount of ET in non-oestrus rabbits was low(score 0. 7)withpositive reaction of immunohistochemical localization, and RIA determination of 128. 0±66. 1pg/g. The amount of ET in oestrus rabbits was seore 1. 0 with positive IHL reaction, and RIA 189. 6±24. 1pg/g. In pregnancy, the amount of ET was increased and IHL positive. On d3, positive reaction was stronger in stroma, 1. 8 score than gland 0. 5 score. RIA determinations were 340. 2±41. 6pg/g. On d6, the score of reaction is 1.7 in stroma and 2. 8 in gland, RIA 466. 4±30. 5 pg/g. On d9,thescore is 2. 4 In stroma, 2. 8 in gland, and RIA 526.0±49. 8 pg/g. On d12, score is 2. 8 in stroma, 3.0 in gland and BIA 590. 9±49. 5 pg/g. The results revealed that ET was lower in non-pregrant rabbits than In pregrant rabbits. and the amountof ET increased with the duration of pregnancy.
