输精管可复性注射栓堵术有效性、安全性的前瞻性研究

Prospective Research in Efficacy and Safety of Reversible Injected Vas Occlusion

本文对１０１例健康男性，按赵氏法行输精管栓堵术。术后１年随访９６例，精子消失率为５６．２５％。术前及术后检测受水者血清ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ、Ｔ及ＡＳＡ的变化，认为输精管可复性注射栓堵术对机体生殖内分泌及体液免疫功能的影响与其它输精管阻断术相似，并建议输精管可复性注射栓堵术应在改进及完善后临床试用。

Reversible injected vas occlusion was performed in 101 subjects.Nintysix cases were followed up for one year after operation.The percentage of azoospermia was only 56.25%.The FSH,LH,T and.ASA in receiver's seram were measured before and after operation.Our data demonstrated that the effect of reversible injected vas occlusion on human reproductive endocrinology and humoral immunity is similar ic other methods of vas obstruotion.This method should be improved before clinical use.
