摘要
13例妇女的子宫内膜组织标本经酶消化分离成腺体及单个细胞后在体外培养。通过光镜及电镜观察可鉴别三种形态特征的细胞,一种为上皮细胞,细胞之间可见连接复合体,免疫组化角蛋白(keratin)染色呈阳性反应。第二种为子宫内膜间质细胞。第三种是成纤维细胞。后两种细胞无细胞间连接结构,角蛋白染色均呈阴性反应,而纤维连接素(fibronectin),系间质细胞的一种特异性蛋白质)染色呈阳性。上述三种细胞均能在体外培养并传代。
Monolayer culture has been established from thirteen samples of human endometrial tissue after enzymatic dispersal into isolated glands or single cells. Three morphologic cell types in the culture have been observed by light and electron microscopy. One cell type is epithelial cells from the endometrium. It has junction complexes between cells and stains positively for keratin using immunihistochemical method. A second cell type is the endometrial stromal cells. The third cell type is fibroblasts. The latter two cell types lack junctional structures between cells and stain negatively for keratin and positively for fibronectin, a specific protein of mesencbymal cells. All these cell types can be grown in Culture and can be passaged.
