Study on the Ram Testicle Spermatogenesis Law with the Four Seasons Seasonal Variation of Daily Sperm Production

对性成熟的绵羊睾丸组织进行定量分析和精子日产量的组织学测定,结果表明,睾丸的精子日产量以秋季最高、夏季次之、春季最低,分别为秋季的84.72%、76.68%和72.12%,而每克睾丸实质的精子日产量的季节变化无规律。以夏季、冬季较高、春季、秋季较低。

Quantitative analyses of testicular components and histological study of the daily sperm production Lave been performed to ram of sexual maturity in a year. Results indicated that daily sperm production in autumn summer winter spring,are 3. 73±0. 32×109,3. 16±0. 29× 109,2. 86±0.18×109and 2. 69±0. 31×109 spermatids/testis/day. respectirely
