摘要
本文研究了一种新型心导管左室内植入法测定麻醉犬心脏血流动力学指标LVP、dP/dt、dP/dt/Pmax及HR的方法,并与传统心导管植入法进行了对比研究。结果表明该法用于测定麻醉犬心脏血流动力学指标较传统方法简便而精确。
A new cardiac catheterization to determine hemodynamic indexes LVP ,dp/ dt , dp/dt/Pmax and HR was carried out and we compared it with the traditional cardie catheterization. The result shows that the new way for determining cardie hemodynamic indexes in dogs under anaesthesia is simpler and more accurate.
