小白鼠脊髓发育分化的组织学及组织化学观察 被引量:2

A HISTOLOGICAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND DIFFERENTIATION OF SPINAL CORD IN MOUSE

摘要 本文采用组织学和组织化学的方法观察小白鼠脊髓胚胎至生后的发育,结果表明胚胎第12天,神经管已闭合,前角运动神经元已出现。第16天,前正中裂形成。至生后4周脊髓的形态和结构已基本接近成年。胚胎第12天,室管膜层细胞胞质内RNA丰富,AlP呈弱阳性反应。胚胎第16、18天脊髓灰质神经细胞内依次出现5~n—Nase和ATPase弱阳性反应。生后第1天,ACP反应出现阳性,以胶状质反应最强,以后随发育,上述酶或物质反应逐渐增强。 A histological and histochemical study was carried out on the development of mouse spinal cord. The results show that neurocanal closure and the appearance of motorneuron of the anterior horn were found in the embryo on the I2th day. on the I6th day ,the fissura medianus anterior was in its shape , and the structure of the spinal cord was approximate to that of the adult mouse in the 4th week after birth , on the I2th day , a plentiful of RNA and a weak AIP positive reaction in the cells of spinal cord were appeared. On the I6th , I8th day , the weak 5' -Nase and ATPase positive reaction in the neurons of spinal cord were found sequentially. The ACP positive reaction was appeared on the first day after birth , the nezyme reaction was rich especially in substantia gelatinosa. The enzyme reactions gradually became stronger along with the development of the mouse.
