摘要
应用抗Brdu和Ki—67两种单克隆抗体及免疫组化ABC法对29例甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者的甲状旁腺组织进行细胞增殖活力的测定,并将两种标记指数和流式细胞术的细胞周期时相分析进行对比。结果显示:1.免疫组化技术对于甲旁亢细胞增殖活力的测定优于流式细胞技术,可能提供更加客观和可信的指标。2.功能亢进的甲状旁腺细胞可能具有低增殖活力的生物学特性。
We measured the cellular proliferation of 29 hyperfunctioning parathyroid glands using immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry and found; 1. Immunohis-tochemistry with Brdu and Ki -67 monoclonal antibodies may be an objective and reliable indicator in studing the proliferative activity of hyperfunctioning parathyroid glands. 2. The glandular cells of hyperfunctioning parathyroid diseases have a property characteristized byslow cell cycle.
