摘要
本研究观察丹参、654—2抗脂质过氧化及时异丙肾上腺素(ISO)引起小鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用.给果显示:与对照组相比,缺血组血浆及心肌匀浆MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);红细胞SOD活力降低(P<0.05);心肌组织损伤性变化很明显.与缺血组相比,缺血加丹参组血浆及心肌匀浆MDA含量显著降低;SOD活力显著升高;心肌损伤有所改善,缺血加654—2组血浆及心肌匀浆MDA含量显著降低;SOD活力显著升高;心肌损伤明显改善.说明丹参和654—2通过抗自由基及脂质过氧化损伤而对缺血心肌胞有保护作用.
In the present study, the protective effects of the redix salviae miltiorrhizae (RSM) and 654-2 (anisodamine) on ischemic myocardium were investigated on the model of experimetal myocardial infarction (MI) induced by subcutaneus injection of isoprotenol (ISO) into mice. The results showed that (1) the contets of MDA in plasma and myocardium were increased, the activities of SOD in erythrocyte decreased significantly and severe myocardial ischemic lesion occurred in MI group, as compared with the control group; (2) the contents of MDA in plasma and myocardium were decreased and the activities of SOD in MI+RSM and MI + 654-2 groups, as compared with MI group; (3) the pathologic histology changes of myocardial lesions were alleviated obviously by RSM and 654-2 supplements. The results demonstrate that RSM and 654-2 possessed protective effects on ischemic myocardium by anti-free radical and anti - lipid peroxidation lesions.
