He—Ne激光照射对随意型真皮下血管网皮瓣血运重建的影响 被引量:1

摘要 使用能量密度为3.15J/cm^2的He—Ne激光照射兔背部随意型真皮下血管网皮瓣远端,通过大体观察、组织切片、图像分析等方法对皮瓣的成活及微血管变化状况作了观测.结果表明,此型皮瓣早期蒂部血供范围与皮瓣成活的长宽比例有密切关系;He—Ne激光照射可提高皮瓣成活率,增大皮瓣的长宽比例,主要原因是扩张静脉,促进血液回流;照射后能促进创缘和基底部血管增生,有助于皮瓣提前断蒂成功;照射效果与照射时间、皮瓣的血管密度相关.为He—Ne激光在真皮下血管网皮瓣移植中的应用提供了实验形态学依据. The distal parts of the subdermal vascular network of the random skin flap in rabbit were radiated by He -Ne laser with a energy density of 3. 15J/cm2. The survival rate of the flap and the altheration of its micrangium were studied by the methods of gross anatomical observation, ink perfusion, tissue slice and image pattern analysis. The results showed that in the early stage of random flap, the blood supplication of the root were highiy related with the length: width ratio of the survival flap. The radiations of He-Ne laser increased the survival rate and the length: width ratio of the flap, which were mainly resulted from the dilation of the vein and then promoting the blood reflux. The radiation could promote the proliferation of the blood vessels in wound margin and basis of the flap, and the make in possible to break the flap from the body early. The effects of radiation were highly related with the duration of the radiation and the flap itself. The studies give a histological support for the usage of He -Ne laser in subdermal vascular network random skin flap grafting.
