小白鼠脊髓发育分化的定量组织化学观察

摘要 本文采用AChE、SDH、MAO及磷脂四种组织化学方法,从形态学上对BALB/C小白鼠的脊髓灰质从胚胎至成年的发育分化进行了观察.染色切片用图象分析仪进行处理.结果:胚胎第12天,磷脂颗粒出现.SDH、AChE和MAO反应分别于第11、13、14天出现阴性.以后随胚胎发育,反应逐渐增强.但AChE和SDH在生后第3天反应下降,以后又逐渐增强.应用体视学方法测量灰质与脊髓体积比,结果生前比值随胚胎发育,体积比逐渐增大,生后相反. The histochemical studies of AChE, SDH, MAO and phospholipid were used to on the development of mouse spinal cord. The quantitative determinations of their reactivities were performed with an Image-analyser. The results show: The blue granules of phospholipid were found on the 12th day: On the 12th, 13th and 14th, SDH, AChE and MAO showed a positive reaction sequentially, then the reaction got tensed up along with the development of the embryo. But AChE and SDH reactions decreased on the third day after birth, then gradually increased on the first week after birth. Using the method of stereology gauge the radio of volume between grey matter and spinal cord. The result shows that the ratio of volume was gradually bigger along with the developing of mouse, then smaller along with the developing of mouse after birth.
